Russian Restaurant Festival "New Names"

From May 11 to 25, 2023, the Russian Restaurant Festival "New Names" takes place for the second time. Nearly 300 restaurants from 28 cities across the country take part — establishments that opened within the last year and a half. TCHAIKOVSKY is a partner of the event.

Chefs prepared tasting menus of three, four, and five courses that reflect the style and concept of each venue. Fixed prices apply: 1,190, 1,790, and 2,590 rubles. For the festival, the TCHAIKOVSKY brand created a light aperitif cocktail, TCHAIKOVSKY SPRITZ. Guests can also enjoy dishes paired with vodka served neat. The festival was created by Alexander Sysoev — restaurateur, renowned restaurant expert, and author of the Sysoev FM Telegram channel. "For me, the Russian Restaurant Festival 'New Names' is one of the most important projects. I conceived it to support all bold, talented, and young restaurateurs. It is thanks to their perseverance that the industry develops. Telling their stories and bringing them new guests is the main goal of the project," said Alexander Sysoev.
